Position Description

Abbott Northwestern is the #1 top-ranked hospital in Minneapolis year after year. With the upcoming opening of a new 690K sq ft tower, the CRNA division is excited to welcome a new provider to the team.

  • A “Top 100 Hospital” & Magnet recognition from ANCC | Level III Trauma
  • 50+ total anesthetizing locations
  • Pick your preferred pattern of work hours! Have every 3rd week off (for a total of 24 weeks off per year) or work only 2 or 3 days per week or pick from numerous other options. 10s, 12s, & 16s available
  • Peel-off system
  • Current CRNAs describe it as a nice mix of cases, “some make you think critically & remain highly engaged, but plenty of straightforward cases too.”
  • Employed by Allina Health, the Twin Cities’ premier provider-led health system

    Base salary + minimal call will put you in the 270-300K+ range, with additional earnings available.

  • Zero on-site call required
  • Up to 80K in signing incentives, training stipend & relocation
  • 32-37 days of PTO & 5 days’ CME
