Posted 2 months ago

GTCAC is excited to announce Sarah Lorenzini, MSN, RN, CCRN, CEN, The Rapid Response RN, (@therapidresponsern) as our Keynote Speaker for the Fall Symposium. Sarah will be presenting about critical care topics on both November 12 & 13th.

Sarah is a Rapid Response Nurse who loves telling stories to teach critical thinking. She loves to share all the tips, trick and concepts that took her years to fully obtain. Her career started in the ER, and she has since worked in the Cardiac ICU, on the Rapid Response Team, taught as a Nursing Professor and ER Nurse Educator. COVID brought her back to the bedside as a Rapid Response Nurse again. She hosts a podcast called Rapid Response RN where she shares real life stories from the frontlines of nursing, and then breaks down the pathophysiology, pharmacology, and Nurse's role in caring for patients. She is passionate about using stories to teach difficult concepts and give nurses the knowledge and tools they need to feel competent and confident when responding to emergencies.
